Complex nou,loc de parcare asigurat,magazin alimentar non stop la parterul blocului,lenjerie curată,prezente consumabile de baza pentru baie și bucătărie,poziționat la aproximativ 25 minute de centru.

Am stat în apartamentul cu nr.801, rezervat pentru 2 adulți+1 copil Canapeaua din living a fost vizibil pătată și instabilă,din cauza faptului ca nu se uneau cele 2 părți,formând astfel o gaură deranjantă pentru cine a dormit acolo. Perdelele din ambele camere pătate,curățenia în cabina de duș lasă de dorit.
