Gentilissima accoglienza anche in particolare per il nostro cagnolino, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort dal letto comodissimo al bagno spazioso al balconcino dove fare colazione, luminoso e davvero confortevole in una buona posizione immersa nel silenzio e nella natura di un piccolo paese con minimarket e ristorante, ottima base per piacevolissime escursioni

The hosts are very nice and attentive. They even let me stay a few hours longer than the normal checkout time, since there was nobody new arriving that day. The place is really nice too. There is everything you need. Great view of the surrounding hills from the living room.

Not the fault of the hosts or the apartment itself, but there was sometimes very unpleasant noise from the neighbour when he was moving furniture. Fortunately even on Saturday he stopped doing that around 11 p.m. Also, the wifi was a bit flaky at times - around 2-3 mbps down and 0.5 mbps up at the beginning. Later it improved and I measured around 15 mbps down. It was important to me, because I was partly working. But in the end even video calls were fine.

Can't fault this beautiful accommodation. Host was great, very friendly. Whole flat was extremely clean and well managed. 5* value for money. The fresh breakfast the host provided us in the morning was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer .

I had a wonderful stay – everything was just perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and ideally located to explore the stunning village of Arezzo. I truly wish I could have stayed longer. A big thank you to Ilenia, the perfect host! She was so kind and attentive, and the delicious breakfast to-go was such a lovely surprise. I will definitely be back – highly recommend this place to anyone! 😊
