Proprietario gentilissimo. Casa molto molto ben attrezzata. Ti senti a casa tua con tutto a disposizione. Tutta ristrutturata e ben dotata. Nelle vicinanze a 100 metri trovi il centro con ristoranti, bar, negozi vari e bancarelle. La casa dispone anche di un terrazzo ben attrezzato con un ambiente molto accogliente tra piante, tavoli, sedie, sdraio. Direi quasi la perfezione nella comodità. Pulizia eccellente. Ci tornerei volentieri e la consiglio vivamente a chiunque

Fijne accommodatie, gastvrije ontvangst door Sergio. Alles was aanwezig en de ruimtes zijn royaal.

It is nicely located & at good price. It has a nice terrace with a view over the city.

There were missing things like a sponge for washing dishes, bin bags, toilet paper (there was 1 half of a roll when we - 4 people - arrived). Doors from shower is broken, the other two beds are not comfortable.

Casa molto curata, piacevolissimo terrazzo dove cenare, posizione centralissima con possibilità di parcheggio per auto di medie dimensioni. Host genitori siamo e disponibile per ogni necessità!

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, der freundliche (wurden empfangen mit frischem Obst aus dem eigenen Garten, einer Flasche Wein und Wasser 😍) und immer erreichbare Sergio, die sehr bequemen Betten, eine top ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Bad und natürlich die malerische Dachterrasse (über die Treppe erreichbar) zur Alleinnutzung. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und man fühlte sich wie in einem eigenen kleinen Haus zur Alleinnutzung. Zur Wohnung gelangt man über eine Treppe, im ersten Stock wohnt man selbst und im zweiten Stock kann man zur Dachterrasse aufsteigen. Sergio half uns freundlicherweise beim Check-In mit den Koffern. Wer mit einem Mietwagen anreist, sollte wissen, dass sich das historische Zentrum in engen Gassen befindet 😆 In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, auf dem man zumindest von Samstag Abend bis Sonntag länger parken kann (danach 30 Min mit Parkscheibe). Wir durften danach Sergios Privatparkplatz nutzen (Achtung: Nur von der rechten Seite aus einparken, da Einbahnstraße). Ps: Über die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer waren wir bei den aktuellen Temperaturen sehr dankbar.

A wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished and located in the historic center of Orosei. Staying there was an absolute pleasure, especially stepping out in the morning into the charming narrow streets of the town. Inside, everything is clean, tastefully decorated, and designed in a lovely local style. It’s also fully equipped with everything you might need. There is a private parking space available, which is a big plus. I truly hope we’ll have the chance to return to this amazing place someday! Thank you!

We stayed 6 nights and absolutely loved it! This is a charming small house with the apartment on the first floor above the entrance, and a stunning roof terrace one floor higher. The space has a beautiful, authentic atmosphere and is tastefully furnished, with a modern and clean bathroom. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of everything you’d want. And the roof terrace is truly the highlight: spectacular views and the perfect spot to relax! The host was very responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place! On top of everything you even have a private parking place which is not usually in area.

We were happy we found this place and made it our base for discovering the east of Sardinia! It immediately felt homey and cosy. The whole house is private including the beautiful terrace, which was sunny even in winter from 09:30am until sunset. It was very central and quiet at the same time. The kitchen and its equipment were great for cooking, we would appreciate more utensils like another cooking knife, cutting board or a kitchen towel (but we surely could have asked the friendly host).

Authentic apartment right in the middle of the old town. Lovely views, comfortable and spacious.

Some larger/more toiletries would have been helpful. Also the sheets in the double bed were quite rough and bobbly, I think these need renewing.
