Their is no tea and sugar. TV remote was broken.

Very convenient to the bus station and centrally located in the city. The owner was very helpful and assisted me with laundry and transportation.

The building didn’t have an address number to confirm its location.

The location is walkable from the bus station about 2 minutes! We were met at the apartment quickly after we sent a message to the host and they were helpful when we asked how to pay - in cash in BAM. There is an ATM at the bus station. We were provided with the absolute essentials (toilet paper, dish soap and sponge, bedding) and it is a 20 minute walk to old town, which is quite nice!

There are ants near the main door. ALOT of them (see picture). The ants stayed to themselves near the door, but we had to clean them up every other day. The shades worked a little and the apartment is right next to a main road - so it is bright and noisy (bring an eye mask and ear plugs). There are also open electrical wires around the unit and the outlets by the bed did not work. There is no shower curtain, so everything gets wet. The kitchen (I'm the most upset with this) did not have forks! In fact, the kitchen had no lids and only 1 pan to cook with. I'm surprised this property is rated so highly.

Very conveniently located, spacious and quiet. Very comfortable bed.

Limited amount of cuttlery, plates, glasses etc - could be more of them to make preparing food more comfortable.
