La posizione è ottima!! Offre una bella vista sul mare di Lido Riccio. In pochi minuti raggiungi il centro di Ortona. L'appartamento è in mezzo alla natura. Molto tranquillo.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione: la caldaia a volte si blocca; i mobili della cucina sono molto vecchi; il piano della cucina e del tavolo sono rovinati. Gli infissi del bagno hanno assorbito l'umidità nel corso degli anni e si sono gonfiati al punto che la finestra del bagno non si chiude ermeticamente e dalla fessura entra l'aria fredda e umida della notte. In queste condizioni fare la doccia la sera diventa problematico per via del freddo.
