"Nice place, but I was ripped off."

Property was clean and 6 min walk to the city centre

1. Internet was crap. 2. I informed them that I required an extra bed prior to coming and said that this was okay. They never informed me of an additional cost. Then when I arrived they advised me that there would be an additional cost, but never told me how much. When I was leaving, the chased me saying I owed โ‚ฌ250. This was excessive for a broken fold old bed for 4 days. I ended up paying โ‚ฌ200, but this is still way too much. This all seemed very sneaky, but I just paid as I donโ€™t want any issues.

Loved our time here! The property was beautiful and we loved our little patio as we were able to watch the sunset. Quick walk into town as well which was great.

The views from our room and the balcony were amazing. Our hosts, Katerina and Huda were exceptionally hospitable and kind and always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything.

The one big thing was that the bathroom light was on the outside, so the person sleeping in the bed right next to the bathroom would always wake up because the light was so bright and you had to turn it on before entering the bathroom/ turning off after exiting the bathroom. The facility had everything and a full kitchen, but this part was a super unusual design for us. Also, the roomโ€™s safe was super tiny, portable, and unreliable. You can take the battery out and easily open it. It was not reliable like a hotel safe, so for this reason we opted to take our valuables with us everywhere we went. Iโ€™ve noticed this about most places in Greece compared to America, but I wish Katerina Apartments & Studios was handicap/ disability accessible and had elevators. I was traveling with my parents who are in their 60s and 70s, so elevators would have been a nice addition.
