SEAduction Luxury Apartment

Absolutely beautiful accomodation! The pictures are great but it was much more grand in real life. The high ceilings and natural light made it feel very open and fresh. The location was perfect for Ironmaori as it was within walking distance to the venue. Plenty of parking and space to host dinner etc. The bedrooms at each end of the house made it very private and quiet. Despite being right next to the railway tracks, the double glazing made the trains sound like cars. Not as noisy as we thought it would be, being right on the road

Nothing major! The place was great, the only thing that could be improved was the deck chairs. They were comfortable, however we found we had to put the towels on the arms whilst wearing t-shirts as we'd get fibre-glass type prickles in our arms from the chair against bare skin. Again, nothing major as the towels helped and it is such a simple fix. I think more just the fabric/wear and tear of the chairs

Location lovely with views of the boats nice walk to shops. Good parking and nice homely touches with well chosen furnishings.

Modern, clean and well appointed property. Our stay was really comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again.

A little noisy being near the main road and train tracks. However, the traffic ceases well before bed time so it wasn't a problem. The double glazed glass also blocked out most of the noise so we hardly noticed.

Beautiful apartment in great location, amazing furniture, lovely bedding, two balconies - everything was top class!

The front bedroom has a bit of traffic noise, but not too bad.
