Loft at Shed 5 - Ahuriri Holiday Apartment

The property was absolutely fantastic – very clean, modern, spacious and well maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, cafes and the waterfront. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Location, apartment had everything we needed.

Outdoor table and chairs were quite dirty so we didn't use them.

The loft was beautifully presented. Very spacious. Had everything we needed for our day. The bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. The complementary wine and coffee was so appreciated. Our host was brilliant meeting us with the keys helping us and we really appreciated everything.

Getting a information from Booking.com and bachcare was poor if I was the owner I would sack both companies.No dishwater powder main TV didnt work no were to feedback this so next guests will have same problem

It was awesome, a wonderful place to take our family! A very generous host with the extras they left for us, felt very spolit!

The whole experience was horrible The apartment was dirty 2 of the 3 toilets did not work The property manager was 30 minutes late to give us the key and she was rude I spent a lot of time talking to Bachcare about all the problems who were not very helpful A very upsetting experience

1. A text was sent asking for arrival time, I replied yet no response. Had to call Bachcare when arrived and wait for Manager to come with keys. 2. Only provided with 1 fob key. Manager tried to tell us the garage remote was also a fob - did not work. 3. Outdoor balcony and BBQ area so full of dust and dirt we could not use. Obviously not cleaned before we arrived. Then when was cleaned during our stay, we still didn't use as the dust and dirt on the floor boards not cleaned. 4. Air conditioner in Master room too noisy to use. 5. No soap / body wash in showers. Was told by Bachcare when asked about it that it was standard practise not to supply. We received no notification before our visit that we need to supply our own soap to shower. 6. Washing machine notice to say only use laundry liquid supplied yet this was empty. 7. Left medication/vitamins at Apartment, called Bachcare at 9am (after checked out and left keys in letterbox) asking if Manager could let us back in to collect when cleaning. Response was would call when Manager got to Apartment. By 2pm no call so had to call again asking. Lack of comms between Manager and Bachcare. 8. When called Bachcare to advise of the above, the attitude was no apology but rather excuses. Having owned a business in customer service, this was very poor.
