Coastal Studio Escape!

The property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner is very welcoming and professional. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

excellent location the use of bikes walking distance to good restaurants ,good as it was 10 minutes from beach .

The outside of the property is a bit tired ie decking . noisy building work next door .The walls are very thin to the ajoining property.

Clean accommodation with great bed, excellent bathroom/shower, tv, parking, bikes, beach chairs and parasol, wi - fi, 15 minute walk from brilliant bar/grill, quiet, fully - functional, outside seating.

Bit small.

It was perfect for what we needed.

Couldn't control the temperature of our unit.

The host, Alan, was friendly and quickly responded to our call when we arrived as it turned out that the accommodation had not been cleaned since the prior stay. He also checked afterwards if everything was all right and had left a bottle of wine in the fridge for the inconvenience, which was nice! The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and we also liked that we could use the bicycles to get around quickly without the need to use the car (you will need either one of these to get to the beach)!

Luckily we arrived quite early as we discovered that the accommodation had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We immediately called the host and the cleaning crew arrived soon afterwards. We appreciated the quick action from him, as also described above. After the cleaning, the general cleanliness was okay, however there were multiple spots that have clearly consistently been skipped with cleaning. We would recommend to use cabinets for the dishes and mugs as there was much dust in the kitchen. Also we recommend to include a dishwashing brush as it was difficult to clean the used kitchenware before purchasing a brush ourselves. Also the padlock on the shed in which the washing machine and dryer are included didn't work well.

The storage sheds. Need to fix the doors. And need a better and bigger lock so we can easily lock the doors.

Despite only one room this is very comfortable, we’ll equipped & beautifully styled. From the kitchen area to the bathroom & bed, every conceivable space has been utilised to ensure you don’t feel like you’re in one space. Lots of additional thoughtful extras make it a fabulous base to explore Naples.
