Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist das einzig Positive.

Generell legen wir im Urlaub nicht viel Wert auf eine gehobene Ausstattung, aber auf Sauberkeit und dies war leider überhaupt nicht gegeben. Es fing bereits mit dem Briefkasten an, in dem wir unseren Schlüssel in Empfang nehmen konnten (siehe Foto). Nachdem wir in der Wohnung waren trauten wir unseren Augen kaum und waren mehr als Enttäuschung. Die Vermieter haben wir daraufhin Kontakt, auch um das WLAN Passwort zu erfragen, aber bis heute haben wir leider keine Antwort erhalten. Wäre es irgendwie möglich eine Entschädigung o.ä. zu erhalten? Vielen Dank für Ihre Bearbeitung. Fotos sind beigefügt, schade, dass ich nur 5 Fotos übermitteln kann. Herzliche Grüße Yvonne Hohn

Le logement nous a beaucoup déçus. L’établissement paraît très vieux et mal entretenu. Tout était poussiéreux, le matelas très usé et inconfortable. Le balcon n’avait visiblement jamais été nettoyé. Pour une famille avec enfants, ce n’était pas du tout adapté ni agréable.

Top tout est à proximité, gare,supermarché, plage.

There are some extra costs that are not written down on the page before you book. There is no parking provided. If you park about 5 min away, you pay €25/day. They do not provide you with towels & bedding. You need to either bring your own or pay €15/person and they will give you. Also, you need to clean yourself at the end or pay €45 for the cleaning service. You need to pay €200 warranty deposit. If you have a different currency, as we had, you transfer €200 to arrive at her, but when it is being sent back, you receive less than you sent. Losing £20 during this transfer. We asked if we could pay cash at arrival, but this was not convenient for her. Also, the Internet was not working, despite we were able to connect to the WiFi.

Be careful. Very bad communication with the host, who didn't send back the deposit 200 euro that we paid, without any explanation.

Danger! Despite the phone call, the landlady no longer responds to my messages about compensation. I'm curious if my deposit will be paid back at all. We'll probably have to get our lawyer involved. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. There was dust everywhere, chairs and sofa were stained. The blankets and mattress covers were stained. The pillows were yellow and sweaty. The slatted frames on the beds were broken and the bed had a plastic box underneath. The dishes were sticky and there was a lot of dirt in the cupboards in the kitchen. The windows were extremely dirty. Unfortunately a bad example.
