Person (yes, real person) was there, also it was possible to depose the luggage before check-in. Everything at the location in good conditions.

Well, the flat was in the basement floor. But that was the only inconvenience.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment. Great wifi, easy cheap parking near by or on road out front, very bright, modernized & easy entry apartment. Well stocked kitchen including 2 coffee pots (one is regular drip coffee) no need buy specific coffee pods (coffee & spices provided) plus dishwasher, bathroom was great even had heated towel rack, linens, towels & tea towels supplied. Had communal wash machine. English speaking tv channels. Highly recommend. Great host met to hand over keys and explain all.

It wad very nice place looked great i dont like that itd under the ground anf the bed wasnt comfy ..but for design and quiet is top ,fot that monev is more than perfect !
