Very comfortable house, good location 22 minutes from the ferry Secure parking for my motorcycle. Would return.

Location is good. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are very clean.

The apartment has everything one needs but it's heating system is too slow for cold winter months to heat it up during a one-day stay. There's a huge gated private parking.

The location of the apartment is not where it's indicated. It would help to indicate the exact location - I spent 30 mins trying to figure it out communicating with the owner via WhatsApp. Legally, it's not in Cosenza but the address lists "Cosenza" so Google will lead you to a different location (15-min drive away from the real location) and you will lose time. It's closer to the downtown of Cosenza than many other apartments but BECAUSE Cosenza is indicated in the directions instead of a real location you will get to a different location. I guess the owner wants the address to read "Cosenza" to improve search results but that only confuses and it's not necessary because there's always a map to search options. The real locality is named differently but it's really a stone-throw away from the castle so I would advise not to confuse the travelers. Get in touch with the owner early on! It's not a reason not to choose this one. It's great (for warm periods)!
