Ferienwohnung mit Wow Effekt. Etwas wirklich Besonderes. Mit viel Liebe und Geschmack restauriert und stilgerecht ausgestattet. Super Bäder mit tollen Duschen mit Fussbodenheizung. Nur zum Supermarkt sollte man das Auto nehmen. D ie blauen Pinguine und das viktorianische Hafenviertel sind ideal zu Fuss zu erreichen.

This property would have to be the GREATEST place we stayed in throughout our 4 week trip around NZ!!! Beautiful, perfectly appointed, great facilities and comfortable beds. Could not ask for more! Lovely host as well.. handled a slight booking error with a quick phone call and a friendly attitude.. perfect!!!

I experienced the most unprofessional and distressing stay imaginable on December 20, 2025. This property poses serious risks that go far beyond poor service. There are three unforgivable issues: 1. Fundamental Safety & Management Failure: The host committed the most basic error: she sent me the access code to another guest's already occupied unit. I was able to enter a stranger's room with the code provided. This exposes a catastrophic breakdown in basic procedures, creating a severe safety and security risk for all guests. 2. Intentional Privacy Violation & Incitement of Discrimination: During the ensuing conflict, the host, without my consent, disclosed my nationality (Chinese) to the other guest over the phone. I clearly heard this private information directly lead to a vicious racial slur aimed at me: "So they're from China. No wonder they're so low-class." The host's action was not just unprofessional—it was unlawful and fueled discrimination. 3. Zero Accountability or Remorse: After causing this crisis, the host took no meaningful action (e.g., changing the compromised code). She dismissed her misconduct, which included the privacy breach and the resulting hostile environment, as "just a small mistake." This shows a complete lack of responsibility and empathy. Summary: The operator here is grossly negligent. Their failures escalated from "incompetence" to "violating guest privacy" and "enabling racial discrimination." This is not about a bad stay—it's about a fundamental breach of safety, ethics, and basic human decency. For the sake of your security, property, and dignity, avoid this place at all costs. I have filed a formal complaint with the booking platform's senior management.

Lovely decor and quite different. Lots of living space and comfortable beds. A great spot central to everything.
