Chez Coceau - Luxery apartment with sea view

Wonderful apartment, bright and clean. We felt immediately right at home, and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Well furnished with everything we needed for cooking and eating, including an oven and microwave oven. Combo washing machine and dryer is available for laundry when necessary. Very, very comfortable beds in the two bedrooms; our kid particularly loved climbing up in the bunk bed. Quiet building and neighbors for a good rest. Huge TV and a comfy sofa are very inviting for rainy days, but who needs them when the large window gives a lovely view of the sea tide, and the music of the waves and seagulls? Very close to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, even a convenience store for the essentials is just around the corner (although a large Delhaize supermarket is within walking distance). Close to the tram stop for travelling 2 stops to city center or along the coast. Longer term parking nearby can be expensive, so we just left our car for the entire journey duration in a much cheaper BePark reserved spot 2km away.

Very spacey appartment with a large kitchen and more than enough room to accomodate 4 people. The beach is only a few steps away, a store and two restaurants are right outside.

Except for a small glimpse of the sea through the living room window there is no clear sea view. But the appartment is located right by the beach so you can easily get there.

- only 10 m from the front door to the promenade - communication = all information was sent by email and no questions remained unanswered - parking 3€/4hours

- good location bec. ...1.7 km to the Kursaal Ostend, which in turn is the next point / start of the "old town" (centrum) ("the wife"). ((By the way, I chose it myself/ i like walking)) - I would have liked a welcome folder with all the information, restaurant suggestions, culture, etc. That makes the stay more personal. - parking also costs on Sunday

I really loved the appartment but this is not the place to book if you want to have a real seaview. However, the apartment is modern and very comfortable and just right next to the sea, so you very easily get out and about and enjoy the sea. I would definitely recommend staying here!
