"Appartement bien situé mais pas reposant."

Les stores le la chambre parentale ne se ferment pas complètement. Il manque du double vitrage, rue très passante, dur de dormir à partir de 5 heures du matin. La Clim du salon trop bruyante, on peut ni se parler ni regarder la télé quand elle fonctionne. Je pense que les propriétaires devraient y passer une ou deux nuits pour s’en rendre compte.

"First visit to Olhao, ideal location and spacious apartment with a great roof terrace."

Really friendly & helpful welcome. A spacious apartment, having both a rooftop terrace and also a separate balcony being a great feature. Great location, only a short walk to the centre of Olhao. Likewise to the train station the other way. Plenty of supermarkets nearby - ideal for self catering.

A little bit dated overall with some easy fixes to improve facilities. however not a major issue and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

"Enjoyable stay in a great location, good apt overall."

location, functionality of the apt and price. Good value for money. 8/10 from me.

The apt is perfectly decent and functional but it has some outdated and some modest furnishings. Some lamps were broken but working, - some lights didnt work and the closet door when pulled came away from the fitting. My bedroom door lock didnt work to catch the door and the terraced door from bedroom also had no locking mechanism on right side. These issues are easily addressed but need attention. Value for money is very good.

Very good location .Owners were very friendly. Did bot have change for city tax but trusted us to leave it In addition we were able to check out later

No lift but was not a problem if you are fit

I just liked the location

I didn’t like anything,was really disappointed The house was dirty even cockroach I saw 3-floor no lifts The mattress really bad shape The sockets must of them bad Was the worsted place I lived in,a nightmare
