"A perfect start to our stay in New Zealand."

Perfect for a couple to stay. It was located in a quiet and private spot, with beautiful views. There was a bus stop outside the property but we walked everywhere.

Easy to get to the location by bus from the ferry. Take the 502 and get off at 18a Karaka Rd stop. Walk a minute down the hill and right into drive way.

Smelt a little bit mouldy bit was good when aired. Mozzies were around so maybe another net in one of the windows in the lounge?

Central location. Very handy for getting the bus, just down the road as we don't drive. We liked the peace and quiet, bird song, plantings & garden around the apartment. The decor was pleasant and in tone with the overall vibe of the place. The bed was excellent.

I honestly couldn't think of anything negative.
