"Exceptional"

The apartment was beautiful, very quiet with lovely gardens and it was great to see the Wood pigeons in the trees.. Easy access to the main road and maybe a 2 minute walk to catch the bus. Hosts were very welcoming. A very peaceful location.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

"Charming stay in Oneroa"

A great stay at Jill and Frankies. Very comfortable and well appointed place with everything we needed. They are friendly, responsive hosts who have taken the time to plan and anticipate a wide array of guest needs, from instructions on arrival through to milk and tea ready to be consumed. I would recomend a stay with them and plan to do so again in future.

Lovely place away from the busy town but only a short bus ride in

We love walking and the place was close enough to walk into town but it was too dangerous on the road, narrow with no footpath. The local buses were reliable and convenient though

Comfortable space with a pleasant view from the small deck. Kitchen was well equipped. Heated towel rail in the bathroom was a bonus. Travelling around the island was cheap and easy since we had bought an AT Hop card in Auckland which you can use on the island. Take the bus from Matiatia ferry and Island Breeze is only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. Good bus service around the island for wine tasting, beach visits.

Overhead fan (taped onto the on position to maintain good airflow) in living space made for cool evenings in November. Noticeably warmer in the bedroom. Thought we were staying closer to stores, restaurants. These were a 30+ minute walk or a short bus ride ( regular service). Fortunately a good bus service so it wasn't much of an inconvenience.
