Locație centrală, camera spațioasă, pat confortabil, curat,am apreciat apă plata și minerală din bucatarie! Totul bine, vom reveni

Ușor miros de neaerisit, de canal, dar ușor, aproape insesizabil, probabil ca în clădirile vechi e ceva normal

The location is very good. The appartment is very spacious.

Era gandaci multi, peste tot. Sa nu cumva sa va aprindeti noaptea lumina pe hol, la baie. E dezastru cu gandacii. Camerele sunt foarte inalte, ceea ce face ca spatiul sa se incalzeasca foarte greu. Oricum, caloriferele erau calai, amortite, nu ar fi incalzit suficient nici in cateva zile camera. Noroc ca era o aeroterma acolo, am folosit-o. Nu mi-a placut ca nu am primit in mod transparent informatiile despre cazare pe booking- PIN, poze despre usa din strada, locker, cum sa ajung. A fost nevoie sa stau in telefon cu proprietarul care sa ma ghideze pas cu pas. Aveam bagaje, ploua, etc. Depindeam complet de dansul. Altfel, domnul a fost amabil. Insa, in ansamblu, nu m-as intoarce in veci. Imi pare rau.

Apartamentul are încălzire doar cu aer condiționat. Nu știam acest lucru când am făcut rezervarea. A fost frig, așa că am părăsit apartamentul. Deși știa la ce oră sosim, gazda nu s-a asigurat că va fi cald când ajungem. Nu are stipulat în descriere faptul că nu are încălzire. Dimpotrivă. Curățenia lasă de dorit.

Locatia, dimensiunea apartamentului si pretul in raport cu acest lucru. Atitudinea prorprietarilor in momentul in care ne-am decazat mai devreme.

Mirosul de igrasie, prezenta gandacilor.
