Можно подогнать машину к окну и выгрузить вещи в открытое окно.

Во дворе давно не убирали. Голубиный помет где только можно. В квартире или ранее курили или этот запах уже не выветривается. Не могу сказать что всё плохо, переночевать можно. Но если на несколько дней то будет чувство что поставил не на ту лошадь.
