A compact apartment with all the facilities required for our stay. Quiet, with great views

1. Quiet area with friendly people around - you always would be answered your question or request for help (also because there’s no crowds of tourists running back&fourth, so neighbours are not annoyed that much :) 2. I would suggest, you definitely need a car for comfort transportation, however we’ve seen bus stops around the area. By car you can decide, where to go: to more touristic beaches in Pésaro, or to those, which being used more by locals (the closest one is 5-7 minutes away). 3. Owner is very helpful in navigation for local attractions. For us it was important not to use one of those coastline hotels, but to be more close to the “regular” people, who just simply lives there. 4. Don’t limit yourself by just going to the beach: there are far more things to discover, e.g. local wineries, cultural attractions (check “Villa Imperiale” on the way to the “Panorama della Panoramica” (near Monte San Bartolo - great place for hiking, by the way). 5. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Owners are living in the same building and are taking care of everything by themselves. For cooking or preparing food you’ll find everything you need. 6. A bit more specific - if you travel with dog - it’s a pet-friendly house with yard, where your pet can show its hunting instincts for lizards🦎(they’re actually under every bush!😀 (they’re small and carry no danger for human).

Depends on person, what like and what not to. For us - more as a wish: I would add glasses for wine (just for more comfort), since it’s impossible not to enjoy some wine there.

The view was amazing! There was much storage space. The contact to the host was very easy and they were very kind.

Good quiet location with parking possibility. Easy to reach the beach. Nice view from the apartment.

Some renovation would make the apartment much better. An AC or at least protection on the windows against mosquitos would be welcome as well. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness.
