La posizione è ottima, la struttura è pulitissima, ha tutti i servizi necessari, l'appartamento è ampio. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo e caldo, il riscaldamento funziona bene.

Le scale un po' difficili, ma c'è l'ausilio per i disabili. La pompa dell'acqua è rumorosa.
