Easy access, parking, shops, hairdresser and a small market is really close, even the post shop was close by. Also lots of places around where you can buy food or takeaway dinners.

The tram station is close by which is great for commuting however the traffic was sometimes load in the early mornings. This was not a major issue however it was noted during our stay that trams are sometimes very loud.
