Studio apartman - Park -

A very nice 2floor big appartment cca 12 mins from both a centre and a historical centre (they are surprisingly not on the same place). Appartment is very nicely and orignally furnished. It is located near to a smaller park and by the road but the traffic is not big. It is a little bit (3 steps) bellow the street level and its bedroom, batroom are several stairs higher. . Above the kitchen there is the 2nd floor with the sofa and a table. These levels make appartmet interesting though it may not be suitable for some guest. It is also not suitable for a people looking for a real quiet place. It s located near to a coffee bar and the sounds from it can be quite well heard. We also heard them but were tired and did not have problems to get asleep.

Extremely polite owners. Ample amenities provided by owners. Very interesting and fun interior design. Comfortable and cozy as well as spacious. Expectations exceeded.

Very nice and stylish apartment, with a kitchen equipped with everything one might need. On top of this, there is an amazing lights & sound system. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the communication went very well. The location is great, close to the river Drava and its endless walking &cycling opportunities, at walkable distance from the most important touristic attractions, close to many good restaurants.

Very hospitable host, responsive, kind, responsible. Very easy communication. We arrived late, very late, but he was waiting for us, there was no problem, and as a compliment to the guests (us) there was a local beer in the fridge - Osieshko. The conditions are wonderful, a very unconventional place, which we really liked, very convenient location, quiet, very nice, there is a park just crossing the street. Extremely clean. If you are visiting Osijek for any reason - I highly recommend staying there - you will be charmed. The bonus point was the good music sounding from the speakers, which gave a nice, cozy atmosphere.
