Really clean and spacious

The owners were friendly and helpful. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The location is great.

We were given only one key and card for getting into the apartment, which didn't work well for 3 adults.

The apartment was clean, close to the train station, shops, and within a short walking distance of the ruins. The hosts were really helpful throughout,

Excellent location short walk to Pompeii ruins and numerous restaurants. Hosts very helpful and provided lots of local information.

The location once we discovered where it was, was quite good. Close to the train station, supermarkets and eateries. It was a fair walk from the ruins and that was OK.

There was a lot of noise from upstairs which I acknowledge was outside the owners responsibilities. We weren't given information on garbage removal and collection until we asked about it - information was near the exit door but we didn't know to look there. There was also no supply of bags to put the garbage in, considering our booking was for 13 days, more should have been supplied - you would expect that we shouldn't have to purchase garbage bin liners. With the extended days of our stay, the kitchen utensils were very inadequate for preparing and cooking meals - not like we are used to. No toaster and there was a single tea towel and dish cloth. Last point is something to review - the place had a no smoking policy however people stayed in the unit to the right of us and sat on the balcony outside and smoked resulting in smoke coming into our room enough that we had to close the door which was our only fresh air option - maybe smoking needs to be outside the actual building. For non smokers this was unacceptable.

Very good area. Anna was a very nice host.

No sofa. Noisy very busy street - difficult to sleep. Main floor unit faces street and is about 25-30 feet from the road. The blinds do not block out the noise
