Amazing location for a decent price, the room is big and the bed is comfy

The bath didn't have a plug so it was unusable, the host didn't offer to replace it

None responsive, would take ages to respond and didn't even respond to most my queries. It advises airport shuttle on their page which they don't have, said they had streaming services which they didn't, it was advertised as 2 beds, but they only had one made up so we had to share a bed as two friends when we picked this for the two bed option. The shower is not good as you have to hold the shower up to shower and you have to bend over to wash your hair as it's not high enough. Was not happy with the communication. Lucky the one bed was comfortable even though we would have liked two beds.

The place was very clean ,the location is perfect ,the host was very communicative, nice and polite, even though we reserve the place in the last moment (literally!).

We don't like to pay deposit (even if it is written in the reservation page). There was non-issue with that, it payed back perfectly, but we had to withdrawal the amount especially for that.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city center. Warm and pre-heated upon arrival, clean with everything important needed provided. Easy and hassle free entry. Clear and quick communication, flexibility.

Bed and pillows were soft for our needs. We did not check the description in detail, but assumed to have a coffee machine. Parking is only partially free, only after working hours. The owen was being replaced during our stay - we could manage without it though, but might have used it if available. All in all nothing serious, still highly recommended!
