Good location, comfortable beds,

No help when you arrive. Could not open the coded keybox even though I followed all instructions in the email. The lady at the office was very short with me, but finally agreed to send somebody. He waited until i got the key, went upstairs to make sure the key worked. Also no help to bring in your luggage over wooden, moldy stairs, uncovered and very slippery. Since it was raining too, it was rather miserable.
