The location was great with a closed window you could not hear noise outside.

As the flat is on the highest level then it gets hot when it is warm outside.

Very good location and although there were many restaurants in the neighbourhood, it was silent in the apartement. Plenty of room. Free parking.

"Great location, big apartment, perfect for enjoying Pärnu nightlife."

The keys were in a lockbox outside. No problem to find them.

The bathroom need to be completely renovated. I would suggest to make that whole back area one large bathroom with shower and toilet.
