Room in Queluz 11 minutes from Lisbon

There was nothing to like in this room. The cleaning system was not good, the mattresses and blankets were not clean, and the room was also very dirty.

None of the facilities that were listed in the mantion at the time of booking were available. It was a very bad experience.

As pessoas que vivem no apartamento são simpáticas e agradáveis, mas infelizmente eu não gostei da casa. O quarto estava muito sujo, havia mosquitos, a cama estava partida e a televisão não funcionava. O ambiente não era confortável e não me senti bem durante a estadia. Acho que o local precisa de uma boa limpeza e de alguns reparos para poder receber melhor os hóspedes.

Nada não gostei de mínima mente de nada nem um tlf se podia levar para a casa de banho

Casa de banho super porca nem um papel higiénico havia toalhas 1 para um casal e um filho péssimo

Sr Luis Agradeço a devolução do meu dinheiro Desde ratos, que me impediram de abrir a janela do quarto, a não ter condições mínimas de higiene a uma casa de banho que vem a agua do duche toda por fora ficando uma piscina de água no chão,a lixo, a paredes a cair, sem limpeza, barulho ate as2h da manhã, beatas no chão no quintal lixo espalhado, tenho fotografias que comprovam tudo. Uma televisão que não funciona. Deviam ter vergonha de enganar as pessoas. A realidade não é igual ao que mostram nas fotografias. Até porque estes arranjos mantém se há anos como foi relatado os senhores não arranjam nada. Nem sequer houve luz na escada, durante praticamente uma semana. Isto é o mínimo.

There was no breakfast,the property is really bad ,smell very bad, there are people who are permanently living there and they dont clean the place everything is falling apart from fridge to cubboard and the tv is broken, it is hard to use the fridge because those people who live there fill the fridge and left no space,everytime we bought to put in the fridge they move it, the place is very old it need refubrishiment, it is not a property to be renting to people who are on holiday, the pictures they posted on book.com are different ,on the pictures the room look nit and clean but it is a different reality when you get there, the toilet stink warms come out the drainage the shower is broken, there was no light on the wall way we had to call the owner to replace it,we call for them to replace the tv but they did not do it, the place is horrible like horror movie,please dont rent this place you will regret it,we had to ask them to bring a fun cause it was very warm at night See there people living permanently in.tje place and they are not united,they mess the all place and they dont clean it, Never ever again it is a waste of money ,im not lying ,book.com should send people to look at properties on their site, cause they are lying to us
