La Scala Verde

We loved the aesthetically pleasing interior [very tasteful] and the cleverly designed use of a small but very comfortable space. The apartment was spotless with quality equipment e.g. cooking utensils, oven and washing machine. Being able to have fresh air with doors open to a balcony was appreciated [also great for drying clothes on the rack as it had all day sun]. Antonio and his friend were super friendly and helpful. A small Despar supermarket over the road was a real bonus for us.

Bellissima esperienza di soggiorno! Il Locale è pulitissimo e profumatissimo. Decorato nei minimi dettagli. Mi sono sentita a casa. Posizione centrale, consiglio vivamente la Scala Verde a chiunque debba soggiornare a Ragusa. Antonio, il proprietario, premuroso e gentile!

La atención de Antonio, las instalaciones impecables y el equipamiento minucioso hasta en los mínimos detalles.

Un mueble sobre la cama que hacía que nos golpeáramos en la cabeza si no se tomaban extremas precauciones.

Tutto è stato a dir poco perfetto. Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort. La punta di diamante è il sevizio, discreto ed impeccabile. Lo sceglierò tutte le volte che tornerò a Ragusa. Consigliatissimo.

The apartment is stylishly decorated and very clean. The kitchen is small but everything is available to cook a good meal. Utensils that we didn't expect were also available. The hosts take a lot of care to ensure we had a good stay. The apartment is close to the city centre and a comfortable distance to visit Ragusa Ibla, though we caught the local bus on return. It is a little bit hard to find parking but doable. Ragusa is a good base to visit nearby towns Modica and Scicli. It was also a comfortable day trip to Syracuse.

The double bed is on the small side which may be an issue for some people.
