location was great and comfortable bed.

it was very inconvenient not to have towels in the apartment. we were advised that there are no towels, however there should at least be a hand towel . this is a basic minimum.

The host was very rude. When we departed at 7 am, we left the 15 Euro tax due with the keys in the designated place. She called at 10 AM accusing us of not leaving the 15 Euros - once i told her where it was she found the money. Then, she complained as we put the bath mat in the shower to dampen the dripping noise as we could not sleep. (The shower is literally in the bedroom - not in a separate bathroom.) She was annoyed because we did not call her when we departed to inform her of the drip and bathmats. We apologized for not calling her at 7 AM (we honestly would not have wanted someone to call us that early about wet bathmats). In advance, We had reserved and paid for the following Monday night. However, she cancelled this second reservation on the day we were due to arrive and said it was because of the wet bathmat. She promised to return our 100 Euros. Unfortunately, she never did. Basically, she was NOT honest, she left us without a place to stay at the last minute, and is a thief (she has had many requests to return the money but has not and it has been over a month). We did not break or damage anything. When we left, the place was super clean, we took at the trash, etc. The bathmats were wet (literally this was her complaint). I have texted and emailed several times for a refund, she never responded. Honestly, the host is crazy. Stay at your own risk -- consider yourself warned.

cigarettes smell from the toilet, would be nice to have at least hand soap (mind: there’s no shampoo, towel etc), the room has some coffee pad but it’s not for the coffee machine provided in the kitchen - thus can’t be used.
