Beachfront Executive Studio Mae Phim

Modern clean well equipped condominium with nice swimming pool attractive well maintained garden & gym... on the beach..I think we were lucky because I think there wasn't many people staying there at the same time we were so it was very quiet. Overall a good location if you have a car and a nice condominium to stay at.

The bakery/coffee shop was not good. You need a car because it's pretty isolated from the rest of Rayong ..it's about 1 hour by taxi from central Rayong. Rubbish on the beach seems to be a common problem in Thailand...Thais attitude to this problem needs to change

Very quiet area. Nice swimming pool. Good access to the beach. Clean beach compared to other areas. Apartment well equipped, bed very squeaky needs possibly a new mattress. Unable to find Netflix on TV even though we were told it was available but we were not that bothered. Security guards very nice and helpful. Great local restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches higher up with sun lounges and umbrellas past the fish market area.

This isn't a reflection on the accommodation but may help other people to be aware of local facilities. No local currency exchange but there are atms at the seven/eleven. No local launderettes but this was offered through the accommodation. We would recommend hiring a motorcycle to explore the local areas.

The condo was great. Very clean. The pools and jacuzzi were perfect. The bakery downstairs was very good, great food.

We felt a bit isolated without a car or motorcycle to rent. Could have done with maid service to provide toilet tissue and water, more than the half a roll when we arrived. Even if we had to pay for it.

it was all i needed, good space for just me, really good bed.
