The apartment was spacious, clean, very well equipped. The view from the balcony on the Pirin Mountains was amazing. We welcomed the possibility to use the swimming pools in the area, both outdoor and indoor. There is an elevator in the house, so there is no need to carry luggage up the stairs. Communication with the owner was excellent, she was always willing to help, she was interested in whether everything was okay.

the location is very good for those who want to ski but don't want to be with the crowd. All the resort area very queti. the apartment is very spacious and comfy. It lacks a microwave and dishwasher. other than that all is great.

we didn't find the capsules for the coffee machine in the supermarkets around.

Everything was ok, we had a nice time, relaxing sightseeing getting in touch with the mighty nature.

Only the lack of snow, but who can claim the weather.

Communication with the host was good.

The address isn't correct (it's part of Aspen complex). The apartment wasn't clean enough (the floor looked as it was unwashed for a while). The apartment wasn't prepared for 5 people, although it was booked for 5. We needed to ask for additional bedclothes and we still didn't get the bedsheet, only pillowcase and duvet cover. The spa center is located in another building and haven't been renovated for a long time.

The apartment was very personal with anything provided that one might need. It was comfortable and clean and had good facilities, access to a clean swimming pool. It was excellent value for money.
