Apartment Kursaal Ostend

Toegangsdeur appartement knelt enorm, moet met enorme kracht gesloten worden.

De locatie was prima, zowel de stad als het strand op enkele minuten stappen.

Erg goede locatie, vlakbij strand, winkels en tramhalte. Erg communicatieve host voor aankomst (maar nadien viel de communicatie weg)

Host erg communicatief en behulpzaam voor aankomst: snel en duidelijk antwoord, behulpzaam. Bij aankomst waren er echter twee defecten: slot deur appartement (zo goed als volledig los en risico buitensluiten) en koffiezet (werkte niet). Na melding van deze problemen viel alle communicatie stil. Dus ook vertrokken met deze problemen nog aanwezig

Everything is available in the appartment to live for a larger family. The beds were made up. Towels were available. The necessary was available to do the dishes (manual or dishwasher) without having to buy yourself. Some furniture has recently been renewed and is pleasant to use. Great location: close to the beach, close to the city center and close to public transport.

Some (small) things in the appartment could use a refresher. (e.g. wood in bathroom has moisture damage and might harm someone barefoot, the vacuum cleaner needs a new suction nozzle, roller blind to be repaired, ...) It would be nice to have some curtains in the living room, to guard our privacy in the evenings.
