N019 - Numana, prestigioso quadrilocale vista mare

The apartment is very big and wonderful. Big rooms, big bathroom, big kitchen, and a wonderful view, expecially when having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. It was very clean on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped (big fridge and freezer) but not stocked, so the first trip is always to the supermarket including basic stuff like salt and pepper. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Bedrooms have a lot of storage space. There is also a functioning TV and washing machine, as well as a dishwasher (without washing powder or tablets!). For workoholics, there is no wi-fi ! The apartment comes with private parking space. Anyway we loved everything about it and the weather was also perfect!

I missed a water boiler in the kitchen (for making tea) and maybe a microwave (to heat up milk for children or leftover food). But you can definitely do without.

The view and location

No AC or fans. It was way too hot, and we knew there was no air conditioning but the place should have had a least a fan available. Also the sofa was not safe.

The views

Almost everything It is 1 and 1/2 bath not 2. Couldn’t locate the toilet paper and no soap. Parking non existent. No AC. No WiFi. Contract is in Italian and can’t change to English. The fees almost double the rental fee. There solution for being really hot in the apartment was to open the windows with no screens and let air and mosquitos in.

Excellent location close to old city center of Numana. Close to the beach and beautifull view from the appartment. Parking place for two cars.

The mattress in our bed was not comfortable.
