The location is excellent. The city center can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes with a nice walk along the coast. If you want it faster, take the tram whose stop is approx. 50 m from the property. All shopping opportunities are within a radius of approx. 1km and can also be easily reached on foot. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. There is an elevator that can take you up quickly or, if necessary, to the underground parking space that can be booked. There are also plenty of parking spaces outside in the immediate vicinity, although I clearly prefer the parking space in the underground car park. The owners try very hard to make your stay as good as possible and are in contact at any time if you wish. We will definitely come back and are already planning our next stay.

There's not really anything to complain about. There's construction going on in the immediate neighborhood, but even that's hardly noticeable. Once again, we can only praise everything about the property and what is associated with it and would give it 5 out of 5 stars if it were given a star rating.

The view from the appartement directly to the ocean! the furniture an the lovely decorated appartment. the cleanliness the equipment and the super friendly host where just exceptional!

The studio is brand new, perfectly equipped and decorated with great attention for details. Best thing to mention is the host of this studio, who really goes through great lengths to accommodate his guests in the best possible ways, without being obtrusive.
