Sunday Downtown @ Rincon

The location was awesome--just around the corner from the square. There was a nice kitchen and bathroom. On-street parking was not too bad. The bed was comfortable. There is a small courtyard that is nice to hang out in.

There are several entrances to the property (on different sides of the block) and we had trouble figuring out where to go. The host did come quickly and helped us figure it out. There was no table with chairs to sit at and eat or use a computer.

Maids were helpful in gettinghot water in shower on.

No towel racks. No instructions for coffee maker. sometimes a hassle to park. Did not like the fact that you needed a key to lock the apt from inside.Internet on TV was spotty. lost signal often. did not like the fact that I could not look outside via a window.

Clean with great facilities! Location is in walking distance of everything

No assigned parking, can’t always find a street spot and the other parking lot is around the block. Not too bad but the only thing I could think of.

The room was good size for our needs. Neighborhood was surprising quite at night. Excellent security,

Sugestions. Air Fresher in bathroom. Change single light switch to dual switch that way you can turn light on without the fan coming on.

It is the second time we have stayed here in the last 8 months, and we have truly enjoyed our time here. It is located near downtown dining and evening events/markets in the downtown square area. The beach is also a short walk away (roughly 5 minutes). While there is no parking space on the property, street parking is easy enough and should not be a big concern. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The location is amazing and access to the pool from our unit was so convenient.

The front door requires a key to be locked on the inside so when our entire group didn’t come home together we had to choose whether to leave the door unlocked until the whole group returned or to lock it and have to be woke up to let others in. A traditional deadbolt would be much more convenient.
