Host was nice and helpful. There is a restaurant and grocery store right around the corner

It’s really small tight place with no privacy, and a decent amount of spiders and other insects. One night our host had a BBQ and as apartment is right above their home so it was quite loud till midnight..

I liked the location. It was a few rows back from all the action but reaching the center and the yacht harbor was a matter of a small walk. A rather small place but equipped with everything you might need. Very clean. Very friendly host.

The free parking turned out to be "you can park on the street". It worked only because I got lucky. If I wanted to use my car every day, I would have had an issue. Facilities a little run-down but everything was ok. It was a tad bit pricey, in terms of value for money, but I booked on a short notice and during the Salsa festival, so this might be just a thing of a short term spike in demand
