Booked very late in the evening on a saturday bank holiday weekend as an emergancy stay....could not have been any more helpful! Fast response with detail to enter property. Great stay! Had all we needed lovley little town.

"Lovely flats at the center of Ruthin"

The host was very kind in providing us access to an empty flat so that we can use the washing machine because our flat did not have one.

There was a slight delay in responding to messages
