Perfect

Location was close to the station and easy access to the town. Many places to eat near by. Beds were comfortable. If staying longer, the kitchen accommodation appeared great too. Enjoyed the nespresso in the morning.

There was no shampoo or body wash, which would have been nice, or if could indicate clearly that is not supplied. The room freshener smell was quite strong... would suggest to scale back on the amount of perfume.

Kitchen was adequately equipped. Very helpful over check-in time. Bakery being opposite was good.

Sitting-room has no windows and sitting facing a door that looks like a police station cell was not cheerful. Sofa is not comfortable to sit on. Location is close to railway station but otherwise not so good. Two nearest supermarkets were very underwhelming

There was very good communication with the host. The apartment location is excellent, and it is easy to access from the train station. It is well kept and well furnished.

Even though there appeared to be little parking,we still found a spot for free on the street very close by.

This was a ground floor apartment. Internet worked well. Fair location. Walking distance to everything.

I booked this 2 bedroom apartment for my family of 3 adults. On the day arrival, I was told we could not have the second bedroom because we have only 3 people. This was not disclosed on booking.com. On arrival, the apartment smelt of damp. It had very limited airflow and was hot and stuffy. I had to ask for a fan. The very uncomfortable fold out bed had no blanket or quilt. I had to ask for one. Insufficient coffee cups and cutlery. On street parking was very difficult to find as this apartment is located in a very densely populated area. The front door was very difficult to lock. I don't see how this apartment could ever have received a 10 rating. Most of these 10 ratings must be fake.

What a horrible terrifying people I had to face. Never again, and site wasn’t helpful at all. I’ll never use them again. I booked two bedroom, and got 1 bedroom with a entrance hall instead of a living room. Location is poor, we were scared to leave the windows open. The host was pushing me to send them My documents on WhatsApp , I asked for the email politely. And at 22.30 the police comes, shouting at me and my four little children. They didn’t show me any identification, only scaring me to give them passports. I just couldn’t believe that on my request for the email- I and my children were terrified. How awful it was to be shouted at in the Italian language by big policemen, in front of my children. Avoid! They are horrible! The flat had few problems, mould on the walls, broken appliances, no air conditioning. And you might end up with one bedroom and a corridor.

The people who were managing the property were terrifying and threatening me with the local police, who didn’t want speak English. They were pushing me to send my documents on Watsup, I resisted and asked to give me the email. They have no empathy and only want your money. They sent me messages about the laws in the country and that’s I’m breaking them, The house had mould on the walls, the appliances were broken, very Small apartment, no living room, just an entrance hall. The only parking we found- was miles away! The site Booking wasn’t helpful, I’ll never use them again. They didn’t resolve the issue. Avoid!
