Check in area has no A/C and takes a while to complete. Check out time is too early at 9am, even though email says 10am. (inconsistent information)

The property was awesome! Would love to stay there when there’s a game

Everything was great. Only drawback was that our code to get to the second floor stopped working on the second day and took a little bit to sort it out

The room was spacious and very well set up.

The location was a little bit of a trek with luggage and carrying luggage up the stairs through multiple locked doors. Points was challenging.

Loved the idea of the container and the bedding set up was perfect for our group

Location a bit out if the way but we managed perfectly fine in the end

The house built by containers, the design is very boy feel. In the morning, sunshine came from dinning room light well, very special.

The toilet mirror doesn't have bright light, its difficult for girl do makeup at morning. From car park to the house, there is 30 steps of stairs, no lift.

We were unable to stay there

We arrived at this property to check in to stay from 1/25 to 29. We had some issues with the code for the outside gate but other a neighboring tenant let us in to the outside gate. When we came into the hallway where there was contactless check-in, We then attempted to use the code that was provided to us to open the hallway door leading up the stairs to the apartment door. Code did not work. After calling back, more than once, we got a code that worked for the hallway door. Then, when we reached the apartment door, the code did not work on the apartment door. We had to call back again and ask for another code for the apartment door. After two or three rounds, we finally got an emergency code which worked on both doors. However, upon entering the apartment, none of the light switches turned on, there was no heat, and the electricity was clearly not working. At this point, we had been at the property for about an hour with two small (now very tired and upset) children. Because we are unwilling to stay in a property without electricity, we left and obtained lodging elsewhere. They inquired if I turned on the electricity breaker. I communicated to them that it is not my responsibility to handle (foreign) electrical breakers and again asked for a refund. The provider began responding to my inquiries indicating that they were “checking into it.” I requested updates from them on 1/26, 1/28, 2/2, and 2/17. The last response was 2/3 that they were “checking on it” and there has been no response since.
