Casa de banho pouco prática.

The location was excellent and they were able to check in early which was excellent.

Unfortunately, many factors. The room was super super cold & humid. You could smell something strange which we still don't know what it is, but we were tired and it was late. On the first night, we didn't put the heater on because we didn't know how to do it. There were only two thin blankets and we had to sleep with our winter clothes on (jacket and thick pants) because we were freezing. When we woke up the next morning, everything that was sitting on the bathroom window was wet. The toilet paper was soaked, my make up bag and my brushes all humid, the windows from the inside were wet as well. On the second night, my sister who lives near by was able to put the heater for us at full blast, but we were still cold. Advice: The location of the heater should be facing the bed. At night, my Senior Mother took a bath and she got tangled on the shower curtain which is not secured properly and almost fell. We still don't understand why it was needed since it's a glass shower. Also, the shower curtains had fungus which is signs of too much humidity. Also the wooden style floors are damaged from the humidity. We were told the reason behind the condensation in the windows were due to the heater at full blast, but again, the first night was not on and had the same problem. This room "Raiz" was not kept up well. The drapes were dirty, the lil arm chair trim was broken, the floor was stained and looked dirty. the lamp on the ceiling has spider webs. And we know this, because my mother stayed last year during winter season and she had a completely different and great experience. She can only assume that we were given the worst room. Since the other room she stayed at last time was so much nice and well kept and wout humidity or cold weather issues. It is super sad since the hotel in the outside is the bonsai museum and the guy who runs it keeps it super clean and nice. But again, nothing like our room.

O Local é bem bonito e agradavel, para se fazer visitação nota dez, gostamos muito de conhecer, um pouco distante do terminal de trem. As pessoas são simpaticas e receptivas, Tem um rapaz que foi muito atencioso. no dia que chegamos tinha um casal nos aguardando para entregar a chave e passar as instruções.

Não gostei do quarto que nos ofereceram quando chegamos, box com vasamentos, banheiro pequeno, cama horrivel, não dormi a noite inteira e não havia sequer lugar para colocar as malas no quarto, no banheiro também não havia como colocar uma roupa pendurada. No dia seguinte pedi pra trocar de quarto, nos deram um outro bem melhor, com armarios e locais para colocar roupa e o banheiro tbm bem melhor com prateleiras para colocar as roupas e as nossas coisas de banho. Dormi bem melhor pois a cama era grande e boa, os lençois brancos e limpos. Ainda tem algumas coisas que eles podem melhorar, Mas este foi bem melhor, porém eles não fazem a limpeza do quarto dia a dia, mas tirando o primeiro dia, o restante foi bom, eles oferecem duas capsulas de café, dois bolinhos e uma garrafa de agua todos os dias, as toalhas se pedir eles trocam, nós chegamos no sabado a noite e fomos bem recepcionados, porém no domingo não tem niguem na recepção, a noite tem pouca iluminação para entrar e sair do local, mas tem uma outra porta de saida na rua de cima que é mais acessivel.

El entorno dónde se encontraba el apartamento era tranquilo y rodeado de vegetación y bonsáis, muy bonito todo.

El alojamiento tenía muchísima humedad, la TV no funcionaba, y la puerta de acceso se podía abrir desde fuera.
