Literally everything was perfect. The apartment is massive, two bathrooms, bedrooms, large kitchen / living space, with a balcony as well which would be nice in summer. Heating is great, cooking facilities good. Loved the water filter. Host is great and you can contact them for anything in regards to apartment/ general things about Skopje. Close to the bus station which was perfect for us. About a 15/20 minute walk to the city center. Very modern and brand new building that feels safe and secure.

It's important to note that the rent can only be paid in cash, and no other form of payment, such as money transfer, is accepted. The owner doesn't provide any receipt or confirmation that the payment has been received, for example, email conformation, sms, or even message via booking, The flat was clean but needed to be ready to accept new clients. The owner wants access to the property regardless of the convention time or day during the stay. Only one AC is installed in the living room, and the other two bedrooms don't have any cooling system, which is not pleasant during Skopje's summer. It's important to know that the owner tends to change his policies, including check-in and check-out procedures, during my stay. The building's location is good, but it is on a main street, which can be a bit noisy during the day and night. However, knowing Macedonian culture and hospitality well, I am sure that there are many properties that are less expensive in good locations and, most importantly, much better customer service.
