The Rua Cosy Apartment in Sliema was exceptional in every way. The proximity to the sea, just a 4-minute walk, was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spacious, and impeccably clean. The modern amenities and tasteful decor made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable

There was nothing to dislike about this property. Every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Very spacious flat and very comfortable bed

Great location, has many small grocery shops around within 5 minutes by walking. Sea is very close. The flat is spacious, the first room was small and had a small bed for 1 person, the second room was big with a big bed and access to the balcony and a beautiful mirror on the wall, the third room was big with a big bed and even a private shower and toilet. There was also a common toilet plus a bathtub. We each (3 of us) had plenty of privacy! The common area has a balcony, and it's a bit more distanced from rooms, so in the morning my friends were able to wake up earlier and talk in a common area, which didn't disturb me at all as I was far in my own room. The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people. House rules are reasonable. The host also offers pickup service from/to the airport, price is OK, very comfortable, and professional, recommend it if you're staying here! The building has an elevator, it was comfy to get to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Windows have mosquito nets! Host was very easy to communicate to, super responsive.

My friend got bedbug bites all over the legs, and a few bites on the neck and a hand. It was very visible and itchy - that impacted comfort and mood of my friend because skin irritation was bothering her and you could see bites on vacation pics. 2 pillows (out of 4) in my room had big dirt stains on them + bed cover had small stains (attached the pics). I complained to the host and they were very eager to send cleaners with clean pillowcases - which I appreciate (but I ended up just using pillows that looked clean)! But my initial impression was ruined and I was paranoid about whether the rest of the bedding is actually washed or not. My 2 friends in the other rooms didn't have this problem, all was very clean for them. We met a huge cockroach in the corridor between rooms and spent a long time trying to kill it - it disturbed our sleep. The host claimed it's common in Malta, but this still was an unpleasant experience. There were no adapters for the EU outlet, you should ask the host in advance to bring them. WiFi in my room was not reachable, could reach it only from the common area. No showergel, soap or shampoo been in flat.
