Stunning - Seafront 3-Bedroom 6th Floor

Gorgeous views across to Valletta from the balcony - had breakfast out every day. Very comfy beds. Moment of panic when the building management changed the access code to the building on Saturday evening but messaged the host via Booking.com and he got back to us straight away. Apartment really handy for the ferry to Valletta. Apartment is above a couple of bars but on the 6th floor and the bedrooms are at the back so no noise. The curtains don’t block out the light so take an eye mask if this would bother you.

No oven gloves. The kitchen was really well equipped otherwise

Location is fantastic, with all amenities on your doorstep. Views are stunning and as similar reviews point out, this is the main appeal of the apartment.

Disappointingly despite previous reviews highlighting numerous maintenance and general upkeep issues, these remain unresolved despite being flagged several months ago. A small amount of upkeep and maintenance would restore the apartment to its full potential, warranting top reviews. Furniture and decor tired, worn and marked, peeling paint on balcony alongside dead plant, curtains hanging off rails, broken tap, side lights but no plugs, broken blind, the list goes on unfortunately.

Great location with stunning views. Right next to ferries, buses, shops, redtaurants in the centre of Sliema. Short ride to airport (15 mins).

Unfortunately, the apartment was not in acceptable condition. It was very dirty on arrival, with visible hair clumps on furniture and a dirty cleaning cloth left on a kitchen chair, which gave the impression that cleaning was rushed or incomplete. We were traveling with a baby who crawls, and within minutes his legs were black from the floor. Several things were broken or poorly maintained (for example, the kitchen tap and a broken toilet brush that clearly needs replacement). The furniture is old, and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. Small but important details were missing, such as working batteries in the TV remote and basic supplies like trash bags. There was also no information provided about trash disposal. There is a very specific schedule, and if you miss it, you are required to keep trash inside the apartment for several days. This is important information for guests, especially foreigners, and should be communicated clearly in advance. Overall, it felt like the apartment is not maintained with guest experience in mind, relying mainly on the view rather than cleanliness and care. This was disappointing and not something we would choose again.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Very spacious, perfectly equipped with all necessary facilities. Beds were comfortable! And the dining room with the kitchen was very cosy! The view from the balcony was splendid! We enjoyed morning coffee with this splendid view! Also the apartment is perfectly located. All major attractions can be reached quickly, and the bus, ferry and boat stops are located just outside the windows. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the stay very much!!!

Great location and wonderful view.

A few chairs in the living room needed to be replaced or reupholstered. Also, it would have been nice to have had extra chairs on the balcony ( only 2 usable for 3 guests) . As an owner or manager I would be concerned about the kitchen tap.

Points that deserve a 10 rating The host was very responsive. Communication was fantastic and every question went answered. Our flight was at 8pm and he allowed us to check out conveniently around 5h30pm The location is fantastic. The view is absolutely amazing and we spent most of our time there in the sun admiring the view. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker with matching capsules available..I. would just change the drying clothes for better esthetics. The apartment is very spacious and we (3 girls) each had our own room with more than enough wardrobe space

Some of the furniture is dated and should be removed or repaired. Lamps on the night stands are purely for decoration as the plugs don't match the sockets. The ensuite bathroom is more modern, but the one with a bathtub and a curtain needs some T&C. At least the shower curtain should be changed. Also the curtains in the living room need washing. There are UK sockets everywhere and just one adapter was actually working, so we had to alternate between appliances. All in all, after a couple of small improvements this is a fantastic place to stay in Sliema

Communications were good regarding arrival and gaining access to apartment. Loved the spaciousness and location of apartment. The view is exceptional. Aparment had everything we needed. The linen and towels were clean and fresh.

The apartment was not as clean as we would have expected. Kitchen units were marked and woodwork/doors needed cleaning. The patio area was very untidy with broken chair, dead plant and patio furniture was also unclean and glass needed cleaning. Air conditioning only worked in master bedroom. Two fans provided in living area but we could only get one to work. The aircon was reported and it was thought perhaps batteries were required for remote controls. All of these things should be checked prior to renting. Instruction regarding rubbish disposal/days were not made clear and bin bags were not provided. It could be an exceptional apartment but needs more care and attention.

We absolutely loved this apartment - the views were incredible. I enjoyed having a morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Clean, spacious and had all the facilities and amenities we needed. A short stroll to the ferry crossing to Valetta. We would absolutely love to come back!
