Stunning - Seafront 3-Bedroom 6th Floor

Our flight was cancelled and we manage to book another one, so we could stay just one night instead of three. The host assured us that he would refund us back for the two missed nights (of course after deduction of cleaning fee). Our trip was in the first day of September. We are still waiting for his feedback. He seemed a man of honour who is respctful especially for families with kids but just seemed finally. We would not mind when there is "non-refundable"but why adult would lie another. He could say that he would not refund us but instead he chose to lie us for months. We did not have any other bad experience with disrespectful behaviour of the host never before.

Superb location on the waterfront in Sliema amid the bars and restaurants. A few minutes walk to the Valletta ferry A spacious, well equipped 6th floor apartment with fantastic south facing view over the harbour to Valletta. Keypad secure entrance to the building. Lift to apartment. The owner responded rapidly to queries.

Due to British engineering there is almost no sunlight in all bedrooms and the view from inside windows is better to forget. One of the air-con units is very noisy and needs to be fixed/replaced. My advice is to work over the black bathroom stains and pay more attention to pre-arrival cleaning.

Spacious flat with plenty of appliences. Superb view from the flat on the bay area. Great location, ferry to Valletta is a 2 minute walk.

Due to flight options we had to shorten our stay. Despite telling the property the we want to shorten the booking two month prior to arrival they did not arrange anything. After multiple inquiries they stopped answering the phone and only after contacting Booking.com cutomer support was I able to modify the booking. The flat was missing one sheet and two sets of towel which they promised to bring but it never arrived. The flat is nice but customer service and hosting deserves zero points.

Fantastic location for view, catching ferries & buses from right outside. Despite being on main road you could not hear anything in the apartment. Very large living area, well equipped & an amazing balcony overlooking the harbour & Valetta. Easy & reasonably priced taxi ride from airport which we pre-booked through booking.com. Walking distance to many fabulous restaurants, bars & shopping, incl a supermarket.

Entrance a little strange with what like building work going on in entrance area & right next to a bar, very small lift but don't let this put you off as the apartment makes up for this. It would be useful if a tea towel could be provided in case you don't want to use the dishwasher & a way of plugging in bedside lamp/s in bedroom nearest front door. Although lamps were provided, we could only find 1 socket which was too far away to use.

Great house, with all the services and very kind owner. Great location and above a beautiful sea view.
