Sliema Seaview Modern Apartment

Location is perfect for ferry to Valletta and all bus routes. Also plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity

Public space in building (stairs, lift etc.) obviously not cleaned any time recently. Dirt, dust and flies everywhere, flies swarmed all over the lift. Counter top in apartment housed a colony of ants which greeted us every morning at breakfast. A large amount of dust, crumbs, cigarettes behind sofa and dressers in bedrooms (didn't dare to look under beds). Shower totally inadequate. The shower head would not stay in position, either at the height required or the direction in which it pointed.

Cosy appartment, great for family with children. Really appreciated the kitchen which was well equipped and of great help. Great location, very easy access to ferry/port/bus stations, and nice seaview.

Cleanliness - ok overall, but could be improved.

Property was in a great location. Close to bus & ferry, shops & restaurants. We accessed the keys with a lock box. Only 1 set of keys. There is about 12 stairs before you get to the level where there is a small elevator for your luggage. Spacious, 2 bedroom place with full kitchen & living, bathroom, laundry & balcony. We arrived and our towels, bath mat drying all over the place. The bathroom was dirty & mouldy. It looked like it had just a bit of a wipe over, same with the tiled floors. Beds were made and plenty of linen/blankets in the cupboards. Air con was good & working.

Uncleanliness. Would suggest getting a professional cleaner & the towels/linen professionally washed if that's not the case already. There was also 1 toilet roll, no extra bin bags, washing up liquid or washing powder.

The location was great with a great view. The host was very responsive for any question I had. The airconditioning i all rooms which is very handy in a such hot place.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to everything, yet not at all noisy even at night (which is often the case in Malta). Communication is excellent, Nigel cares about his guests. Early check-in was not possible due to cleaning, but we were able to drop off our suitcases and leave them there. If we had any questions, we got answers and help quickly.

As many people have already pointed out, the shower does indeed soak the whole bathroom. In the kitchen, the dishes need to be changed. Cleanliness is relative. Neither the bed linen nor the towels are ironed, and the towels are stained even after the occasional wash. We asked for towels without stains and received them that evening. The pictures are clearly taken in the apartment, but they suggest a much better quality than what is the reality (see photos).

Location is great.

It was not clean, the humidity, the bathroom has s bad drain, so everything gets wet when you take a shower,

Nice and new apartment with a great location, comfi beds, good kitchen, close to bus, water taxi, shops, grocery stores. Sliema is a great place to stay

Some details to improve the toilet (change curtain, clean deposits, some silicone barrier to prevent water to spread)

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby, close to sea. You can have a nice sea view from your balcony.
