Property is clean big space Location is good

Door knob is broken Television is not working

The location was great not far from what I needed

The location of the property was great, the apartment was spacious and well-equiped with all neccesities.

On arrival, we found a broken key in a coded box. We struggled to get inside the building so we contacted the owner by text but no answer came for an hour. Somehow we managed to turn the broken key in the lock so we could go upstairs to the apartment. I booked a one bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, instead we received the key to a double room with a shower cubicle on the corner of the bedroom. It was quite disappointing after having difficulties with the key. We contacted the host again and she only aswered "ok" for the problem. She changed our accomodation to the one i booked online the next day afternoon which was beneath the room we first stayed in. Apparently, it was double booked as we saw people staying in it on the first day and the host said it needed to be cleaned before she swapped our apartments. The one bedroom apartment we originally booked was great once we were moved there.

Dishes wasn’t clean well

Convenient location quite close to Balluta Beach. Modern newly completed conversion of flat. Very clean.

Stairs narrow and steep, handrail not secure. Could not use TV due to worn out remote. Washing machine very difficult to use due to location on balcony, see photo. Lack of china, glass etc. Bed linen clean but very poor and not very warm for February visit. Rather bare and sparsely decorated. Had to ask for kettle, but it was sent. Needed a shelf in bathroom.
