Brand new apartment in Sliema 2 min by the sea

We loved location, easily accessible, easy to park around on the streets, well equipped kitchen, very well equipped with additional EU compatible sockets- no need to bring my own.

I didn't like master bed, it was not comfortable and in recessed the middle.

difficile dirmi cosa ci sia piaciuto, nonostante non avessimo chissà quali aspettative o pretese essendo solo un gruppo di ragazzi in vacanza.

Abbiamo pagato per 5 letti, ma ci siamo trovati un matrimoniale, un singolo e 2 brandine pieghevoli da mettere chissà dove in casa non essendoci spazio. Alla fine abbiamo optato per il soggiorno a fianco alla tavola. Utensili da cucina malandati, di scarsa qualità e per alcuni lati arrugginiti. ambienti che già quando siamo entrati erano sporchi, quindi zero pulizia. già da quando siamo arrivati. Per niente idoneo per più di 3 persone. 5 notti, senza phon, non esiste un balcone, tantomeno uno stendiabiti per asciugarli. Dopo aver fatto richiesta, al 3 giorno è arrivato lo stendiabiti da mettere in camera perchè non c'era spazio, del phon nemmeno le tracce. Finestre a filo strada, quindi se si dimenticano aperte per far passare aria, le persone vedono letteralmente in casa vostra, invadendo la propria privacy. Totalmente deluso. Sconsiglio vivamente. Pagate qualche cosa in più ma non andate in questo alloggio. Difficile, quasi impossibile, trovare un lato positivo di quest'alloggio.

Easy walk-in option.

The apartment is not clean. There were moisture flies everywhere in the rooms. There were bugs and spiders everywhere. Even the ice compartment of the refrigerator is dirty with hair inside. The room with single bed has a big wet stain in the wall. The "sofa* is not stable. Overall, the apartment was way different from the advertised images. I took pictures and videos of everything and sent them to the contact person, and asked if they could change it for us. I sent the message immediately to the contact person, and received a message "Regarding your request for an alternative apartment, we will consult management after we receive the photos." I sent the photos and videos and I didnt receive not even a single message back.

Ήταν βρώμικο και είχε τρομερή υγρασία και έντομα νεκρά στο πατωμα. Το κρεβάτι ήταν σπασμένο και έκανε λακκούβα στη μέση. Αν μπορούσα να ζητήσω πίσω τα χρήματα μου θα το έκανα. Ήταν απαράδεκτο διαμέρισμα. Μύριζε μούχλα και υγρασία. Απαίσιο

Good location that's about it.

Well I stayed with our child for 17 days, which we paid a front deposit of 300 euro as part of the policy. However only to find out after we left that numerous things was suddenly found broken by sending us a picture that the kitchen sink water spout has come off!! I have been living in Malta for over 15 years and this has never happened to me. Then you tell me that a family of 2 adults and a little girl of 9 years old are able to do such damage??? Let me make it clear we left the apartment in a good state with the sink water spout attached! Moreover after this, in the following days they added other damages to our bill besides the sink damage which was the shower mixer too which was found broken. But they provided no picture of this so called damage which in total the damages reached a stunning 185 euro! Finally they promised to double check with the cleaner and get back to me which they never did instead I received a refund of 115 from 300 which meant the case was closed 😯 This just demonstrate the absolute dreadful Customer Service which during my complaint informed that they would report me. Report me for what telling the truth???The flat was decent but nothing more...What ruins the whole experience is the accused made up damages after your stay which could have been done by whoever after we left. I can honestly say never experienced anything like this and hope I will never do. From the 300 deposit they took me 185 for fixing these damages which never would come near this amount in a normal situation. whilst on top of everything these things were not broken by us when we left, but still I ended up paying for something I didn't do. My advice is to stay far away from this place and whoever is entering make sure to take pictures of every appliance of the apartment to not end up in my situation....

The aparrment was in Silema which is very nice location.

One bed was broken, so we couldn’t sleep on it and it was 4 of us, so 2 people needed to sleep on small bed.

Nothing

This apartment is awfull. Smells like mashrooms, mold on the walls and in corridor. It doesnt Look like on the photos. Dirty walls, smelly beds, sofa looks like homeless people slept there. When we was on the airport sweetstay called us that we must book through them, and they will cancell booking. I was with 2 kids so I said ok. It was mistake. After comming i wanted to resign and stay one week shorter. They said everything is ok, apartment is like in the offer and refound is not possible. Guys dont go there. Its in the basement you will feel like rats.
