"Bien, mais attention au surcoût de l'utilisation du chauffage..."

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Sorano, Sovana et Pitigliano. Appartement assez spacieux, propre, place de parking privé.

Le chauffage n'est pas inclus dans le prix sur le site, ce qui change nettement le prix de la location ! Nous avons eu l'information après la réservation.. 18 € par jour sont demandés pour l'usage de la climatisation, qui ne chauffe ni la chambre principale, ni la salle de bains. Nous avons pu négocier l'usage du chauffage central en payant au m3 de gaz...

"Tutto è andato molto bene, lo consigliamo e se servirà ci torneremo."

Nella struttura non manca proprio nulla, è comoda , confortevole, pulita e immersa nel verde. Host super accogliente, ci si sente a casa e si sta proprio bene. Anche la posizione è ottima.

Ci sono molti insetti all’esterno, ma l’host ovviamente non ha colpe e comunque la casa è dotata di zanzariere

Casa molto carina e accogliente,le due signore che se ne occupano sono state gentilissime e molto accoglienti, molto silenzioso il posto,mettendo in conto che per ogni cosa e spostamento bisogna prendere la macchina il voto in generale è 10
