Beautiful apartment and beautiful house. Really a special place. The apartment has everything you might need, is very nicely decorated with new and comfortable furniture. Walking distance to the pedestrian area and the cathedral. Highly recommended.

"Prachtige getaway in Speyer"

Het pand is prachtig en uniek, ruim apartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Rustige omgeving maar op loopafstand van het prachtige centrum van Speyer.

Er is 1 badkamer en 1 apart toilet, geen 2 badkamers. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen en moesten even zoeken hoe de bedbank uitgeklapt moest worden en waar we het beddengoed konden vinden.

"Super Lage zu Stadtzentrum und Museum sowie zum Flugplatz. Praktische und sympathische Wohnung."

Die Anreise zu Fuss vom Flugplatz und vom Museum war sehr kurz. Wir haben die Architektur sehr interessant und praktisch empfunden. Man müsste länger bleiben....

Bei der oberen Wohnung ist der Holzboden etwas "knirschig" :-) Man gewöhnt sich dran, die unteren Bewohner auch?

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Wohnung

Das angebotene Beistellbett war nicht vorhanden, eine Bettdecke und ein Kopfkissen fehlten. Der Vermieter hat leider weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anrufe reagiert. -Knarrender Dielenboden (z.T. sehr laut) -keine Möglichkeit der Verdunklung
